Shipping Policy

Shipping

The paintings will be shipped nationally and internationally through MATRAS logistics Srl, which will directly manage the shipments also where necessary the use of third-party carriers to reach all destinations. This in any country where it is possible to do so, basically all over the world, with the exception of very few countries that are currently subject to restrictions. If your country is not available for checkout for some reason, please contact me and I will check if it can ship to you. 

The shipping price is calculated during checkout and orders are shipped from iItalia. 

 

 

National and European Community shipments

MATRAS delivery times are usually 7-14 nationally and within the European Community, these shipments are free of charge and will not be counted at check-out.

 

Shipments outside the European Community

For shipments outside the European Community but in "Europe zone" (Andorra, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Norway, UK, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey), the shipment will be free of charge but taxes, customs duties or import duties will be charged. Customs taxes vary from country to country, if you want accurate information on the costs involved, contact your local government or post office in your city for more details. 

 

Expeditions "Rest of the World"

For shipments outside the EEC/ Extra-EEC, or in the rest of the world, shipments will be verified and counted ad-hoc, where customs taxes and delivery times will be based on the country of destination. In this specific case we will have to exchange data and more details by email in order to organize the shipment in its completeness. 

Returns

If you wish to make a return, please contact me at info@monicakirchmayr.com. There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return. Keep in mind that the products I sell are delicate and unique, so you have to be careful with them and the responsibility of packing them safely for shipping and the cost of their return will be at your expense. In any case, please contact me before returning them for proper shipment tracking. Needless to say, the goods must not be damaged in order to be returned. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. For all shipments please note that we pack very securely to protect the paintings from damage, but it is still possible that something will happen during delivery. So, please make sure you open the shipment and carefully check the contents of the package when it is delivered before signing the receipt form. In any case, if you find that the content is damaged, please contact me immediately and send me photos, it will be to make the damage assessment, so wait for further instructions from me and the carrier.

You should keep the packaging exactly as they were for inspection. Do not throw away the packaging until the case is completely solved, always wait for my confirmation. The shipment will always be insured, but to successfully apply for insurance you must follow the correct procedure. Note that I will only refund the damaged work if the correct procedure is followed.
